The Chakras - Essential Oil Rollers

The Chakras are energy centers in our bodies. Chakra is a Sanskrit word that translates to "wheel", and they are imagined to be wheels of energy circling at the center of your body. There are seven main chakras that, along with other energies in the body, help regulate body functions and emotions. 

Each Chakra correlates to a color, element, crystal(s), scents, mantras, etc. They can be blocked or free flowing, which can lead to a variety of ailments and emotional dysregulations.

Root Chakra (Muladhara): Represented by the color red and the element of Earth, this Chakra is located at the base of the spine and creates our foundation and sense of stability and safety. When the Root Chakra is unbalanced, we may suffer from fear, anxiety, financial troubles, and instability. 

Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana): Represented by the color orange and the element of Water, this Chakra is located in the lower belly area, about two inches below the naval. This Chakra is responsible for our creativity and sexuality. When unbalanced, people may feel a lack of control in their lives. 

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Represented by the color yellow and the element of Fire, this Chakra is located at the upper part of the belly. It is responsible for our feelings of confidence and control. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is unbalanced, it leads to feelings of self-doubt and shame. 

Heart Chakra (Anahata): Represented by the color green and the element of Air, this Chakra is located at the center of the heart and is the bridge between the three lower Chakras and the three upper Chakras. The Heart Chakra is responsible for your sense of compassion, love, joy, and inner peace. Unbalanced, you may feel closed off and unable to give and/or receive love from others.

Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Represented by a light blue color and the element of Sound, this Chakra is located at the throat. This Chakra gives a voice to the Heart Chakra, and governs self-expression and allows you to speak your truth and power. Unbalanced, it continues the symptoms of the Heart Chakra, as well as a feeling that you can't express yourself. 

Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Represented by the color purple and the element of Light, this Chakras is located at the forehead, between the eyebrows. This Chakra connect to your intuition and wisdom and is often referred to as the eye of the soul. 

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Represented by the color white and the element of Devine Consciousness, this Chakra is located at the very top of the head. This is the connection to the spiritual world. 

Choose one or all of the Chakra oils to aid in the balancing and opening of this Devine energy.
